Jean-Pascal Viallet, whose great-grandfather founded the hotel, uses fresh local produce to treat guests to the generous cuisine of yesteryear, with a modern twist.

In summer, relax on our shaded terrace and enjoy "local speciality dishes". In winter, discover our traditional 50-cover restaurant which serves delicious Savoyard specialities: Beaufort cheese tart, fondue savoyarde, tartiflette, diot sausages with white wine...
